Well i kinda knew it was a matter of time before Blossom bit me becasue she is a very timid bunny. She started out just with the grunting and I was told that usually leads to biting. I was so mad. I was trying to brush her but and she grunted and turned around and bit. Didnt draw blood but close enough!! This stinks!! I have to brush her everyday and I have been for 3 months now but if she starts biting everytime I don't know what I will do. I refused to get bit everyday!! Im hoping it was just because she was startled because I was brushing her from behind.

If it didn't break the skin she didn't bite you. She "checked" you, communicated in the only way she knows how. It probably hurt her, and she let you know with a nip, the same way she'd let another bunny know.

Work on coming from the side, so she can clearly see you, and make it a positive time by feeding her her salads at the same time you're brushing her. You might want to look into the "furminator" brush, I've heard it works wonders and it might help you from having to brush so often.
