Hello,

My rabbit is about 2yrs 11mths, and last spring and this spring he's malted quite a lot, so I've been combing the loose fur off him. And this time last year, and now, he's become withdrawn, he still licks me etc, but he's shaking and is lying down in his house.

He's been eating, not as much as usual, but there's some gone from his food bowl.

What could be wrong with him?

Thank you in advance :)

Is he currently eating and also pooping? The shaking is likely due to pain. What is his current behavior like, are there any other signs of discomfort and pain- sitting hunched up for long periods, belly pressing, constantly changing positions, eye squinting, teeth grinding? Depending on when he last ate and pooped, and how he is currently behaving, you may need to get him to a vet right away.
