Can my rabbits stay together after their spays? (both pumpkin and cottonball are getting spayed tomorrow) They have been together continuously for a while now and they are very bonded with each other.

If they are both getting done, then they would have the same needs for the cage (no levels or things to jump on, no shavings etc). If the cage is large enough, they should be fine together. You may want to give 2 food bowls so you can try to monitor eating habits better.
If you do find there is an issue with one not eating or something, you may need to separate them. You should keep the cages close so they can still see and smell each other. Once they get healed enough for some running around, you can let them out together. If there are no issues, then this should not be needed.
Just keep a close eye on both of them, especially during the first couple days to make sure they are eating. With 1, you can see that the food is being eaten, but with 2 together it can be harder if one is eating it all.
Hopefully they will be fine and not have any issues.

Thank you. I actually have a trio. a satin angora doe, english angora doe, and Flemish giant buck (already neutered about 2 months ago). I guess I will just play it by ear and see how they do. I don't want all the weeks of bonding to go wasted by separating them.

Just dropped them off omg I'm a nervous wreck. I'm 100 times more nervousness than when my male frank was neutered.

I would be a bit concerned that they would try to groom each others' incisions, but definitely keep them nearby each other even if they are separate. Adjacent cages would be perfect. That way you can limit activity and keep them together for the sake of bonding.

They are doing very well together. Both have internal stitches and glue and their incisions look wonderful today not red or swollen at all. I am watching them very closely though.
