school was on fire!!!!!

one of the hand driers in the bathroom caught fire. which got the door, which went to a science room which burnt chemicals. which then the fire bell went off.
but i was in muisic lesson. and the bell does not go off. or the fire bell. sso an anounce ment said, please excautae the building. this is not a test.
and 1hr later it was put out. but i was scared.
so to day i rang every one and told them the school was on fire
its ok ish.... no lessons...

Sounds like your school needs a better fire alarm system. The fire sure got a long ways before that first alarm went off!

The fire alarm in my dorm went off last night at about 11:20 PM. Luckily it was in the upper 30's because it's warmed up here lately as some girls had just gotten out of the shower and were in robes and slippers and others were in shorts and had no coats because they were in lounges studying.
I'm not sure what set the alarm off though, ours are pretty sensitive. I guess it's better to stand in the cold for 30 minutes on a false alarm than to be burnt to a crisp.
