I am very proud of my self - I have been practising for ages learning my german for my speaking test - I had to learn the answers to 36 questions and I wasn't allowed any notes. To be honest i don't see the point in that but anyway I am happy to come home from school with the result of level 5.9 for my german speaking test - that equals A or B at GCSE and I am only in year 8 - I guess all my hard work learning the answers everynight payed off!
Also I am proud to say that in Science I got level 7C which is extremly good for me becuase I am very bad at science but guess what the Science test was about!! ECOLOGY - All about animals and living things my favourite part of Science.!!! Now I can relax for a while becuase I havent got another german test till next year when I'm in year nine which is very scary LOL!!

:great:I'm proud of you, too! Thanks for sharing your successes with us. Are you on holiday now? My youngest son just finished his freshman year (probably equivalent to your 9th year), and is really enjoying his break. Great job!

Ah, i remember the days when grades went in Numbers and Letters! Like you said 7C. I can't remember whats good for all the different years though. Isn't there like a differen standard for every year? Like in Year 8 a level 7 is good but in Year 9 its quite low?

Glad you did well in your test. I'm getting my AS grades in the summer, i know i did awfully!
