Peter is 10-12 months old now, and I just started to transfer him to timothy hay & pellets. (I know its a little late). I have been mixing his food half half (alfalfa & timothy) and it's day 2 so far, I noticed some poop in his cage that was quite runny it wasn't usual but I've only seen a little bit, the morning seemed normal and it seemed normal yesterday as well.

Should it continue any idea as to what it could be? I haven't really changed anything else... maybe it's just a one time thing?

Thanks for the replies.

Maybe lower the percentage. I'm in the midst of switching feeds right now, but I take like 2wks to switch when I do it, every day increasing it only a teensy bit. I'd bring down the percentage of the new food a bit, and keep a close eye out. Also, some oatmeal helps bind them up a little if they're having issues with runny stool. When switching foods esp. I add that to my buns food.
