this is moose, he hasn't come home yet but he might be this weekend, he is in a vet clinic because he has an absess on his dewlap. can't wait to bring him home:)

that is the clan :p

my rabbits are so lazy...seems like the more free roam they have the less they want to roam around....they have all this space to lay and run around in, but all 3 of them are just sitting in a melty position in their cages! lazy buns!

lol, ya my rabbits have such a terrible relaxing awesome life :p

i got word on Moose, our rabbit we're waiting to adopt and bring home, i will find out tomorrow weather or not he can come home this weekend! if not it won't be until next weekend but his health has improved :D

now some cute bunny pics :p

Sophie being silly

Sophie has definately come along way, i wasn't sure about her at first. i thought her missing ear wouldn't be an issue but sometimes i think it affected her self esteem or what the other rabbits thought of her. when i first got her she never wanted to be held, and didn't seem to like the company of other rabbits, she seemed so socially awkward and nervous and i felt like no matter what i did i couldn't make her happy....

so when i got hank she decided she was going to be the boss of him (in a nice way :p) and show him the ropes. she herded him around and cleaned his beautiful long ears obsessively...

now i don't regret bringing her into my home because now she is so happy with her husbunny:) she binkys and does her cute litte "I"M EXCITED!" twitches. hank and sophie just love each other and i'm glad finally that she could be happy...

way to go sophie!!! :D

Sophie started nesting just as Wanda finished, and even though she never humped hank before now she is humping him and bossing him around. he keeps going into her nest and digging it out or pooping in it which drives her nuts lol poor hank:p

thank you! :)

just wanted to post, Moose, our mini rex we are waiting on bringing home from the humane society in Toronto is doing fine and the vet wants to keep him for a few days, possibily a couple weeks to make sure that his absess they treated him for does not return...

we've waited a few weeks now, and we can wait some more for this special guy i just can't wait to bring him home!!

Robyn, what a great blog of very Beautiful Bunnies.

They are very lucky to have you as a Mommie.

I look forward to more stories and pictures of your babies.

Susan:)

Where in ON are you?

WE GOT MOOSE HOME!!!!

he came home saturday!!!

moose-1-1.jpg

MOOOOOSEEE.jpg

he is so soft! he is a happy bunny, loves to be petted and held! the whole drive home from Toronto he just snugged on my fiance and every time he tried to put him down (we had a pet carrier that the top opened on) he would climb back up on to him!

the only thing that worries me is that his nails are REALLY long and look like they haven't been cut for a long time but the red part of the nail is the whole way through... like there is no white part to cut. does this happen when they get perminately long? and should i try to cut them? he doesn't seem uncomfortable but they are super long!

Hi Robyn

Your bunnies are so cute. I love Moose he's Adorable. No I didn't get to Bunfest? Did you have funthere?

Yeah your right Peterborough isn't too too far away, except in the winter, you guys get a lot of snow. I hate snow, i'm originally from Timmins "The Great White North" or "God's Country" so I know all about winter weather.

Geez I have no clue about Moose's nails, I have never cut any of my bunnies nails because the soon to be ex always did it. I will have to find someone to do it for me.
