RO friends - siggy?

Are RO friends allowed to have a siggy? I know I was upgrade to one because I was a mod before, but I don't see the option in my account.

Just wondering...if not, then no biggie . One of these days I'll have the extra cash to actually donate a good amount.

Yeah I wanna have one too, as Im actually a VIP. I don't know if Pipp has got round to how to do it all yet:

Haven't activated the Golds yet, and I still have to figure out how the VIPs are going to work.

Well I know it said RO friends get a short siggy. I just became a RO friend and I would really like one too.
