RESOLVED Rescue - NY - Stray Kit Needs Home

One of the dogs that I pet sit for recentlynabbed a baby bunny out of the bushes. It is a domesticated stray; there was a second rabbit who had clearly been eaten by predators not far from him as well. He is an unknown breed, probably between 7-10 weeks old depending on the breed. Defintely male, uninjured, nofleas/ticks,seems healthy, feeding well, and is frightened but very easy to handle and does not mind petting.

He will be free to a good home but any interested adopters MUST fill out an adoption application to ensure the kind of environment I would prefer. I am hoping to find him a forever home where he will be neutered and live indoors as a house rabbit, so I will be somewhat picky.

What area of NY are you located? It's a big state, and might help if your more specific on your location.

Good point. I'm in the Hudson Valley and willing to travel to meet/deliver throughout the tri-state area. I am also periodically in Scranton PA, Reading PA, and Watkins Glen NY.

I am also in the Hudson Valley area--but I am pretty much to my limit with rabbits..ufff.
I'll have to talk to the boyfriend and see what he thinks.
