A 3 & 1/2 pound tan and white, up-eared, girl will be saved from a kill-shelter which is nearing euthanization calls. Transition efforts underway.
Another very friendly, tan & white lop girl is prayin' she won't take the walk to the euthanization room. - Although no foster home is in place for this darlin'. We're trying to buy her more time as well.
Girls are ages 6 months, and 1.5 years. Spays will follow once they arrive.

Lovely blue dutch Luna is visiting the vet on Friday and naturestee will be filling in on her good grades and charm @ at the office.

Are there lonesome bachelors lurking...??

Thanks for helping us Rescue,

Gratefully rescue humans (who responsibly understand the ones they can save) exist!! Another rescue got two out to avoid imminent euth call/s.

Little tan and white is a go for SRR.

we were tapped to help 9 baby buns as well. Don't know for sure if they made it to a shelter or were saved.

More info on the above babies (hope you don't mind, Julie): they were an accidental litter from someone who contacted SRR for help, male and female do not live together so hopefully this won't be a problem again. They're in the Appleton area and if anyone is interested I will definitely help with transport as it's not too far from me.

Julie, did she say which babies are left, and can we get updated pictures?

I am by no means experienced with baby buns, but if someone is really interested in adopting I could see about going over and sexing the babies.

Pictures to be added of the parents who produced the unintentional nine (perhaps next week). Per naturestee's suggestion I updated the page link. Five remain.

Will update Luna photos on Petfinder/SRR pages soon as time avails.

Lap bunn Luna's link is updated. Please tickle Luna the Foster bun blog for everything naturestee is doing for this blue dutch.

Five bunnies remain from the accidental litter, Angela, and if anyone in the central WI area desires the charm and fun of a young bun (to foster or permanently adopt) we are lending awareness for these 5 innocent lives in finding a forever home.

A foster home in Milwaukee opened up for the kill-shelter gal. Hooray!!
Another young, surrendered one to leave shelter death-row status and Be Adoptable; Will provide photos prior to spay day.

On the babes: Dancer and Donner - females (spotted and carmel colored).
Cupid, Dasher, Blitzen - males (two black, one spotted).

~ Santa's reindeer influenced their arrival time. Aged 10-12 weeks old.

I DO HOPE THE GENDER FAIRY AIN'T PLANNING A SWITCHEROO, naturestee. That's a kind offer to confirm their anatomy or help with transport. You're awesome.

Pictures comin' of all : www.soulmaterabbitrescue.petfinder.com

... gotta tackle the photobucket instructions yet, printed out Pipp's link.

Can a moderator tweak this thread to include SRR's location? Sorry I goofed on whereabouts for easy search mode. I hope the revision will help receptive adopters/fosterers be aware of our bunns;

Luna, Dill, Potter, and more.

Rescue / Rehome: WI

Rescue - Resolved: Mayble's in town, came from kill-shelter on Saturday. Going for her spay this week.
Well-bunny exam in a few hours !! ~ so off I go to meet her and take photos ...
* Foster mom is already in love w/her... could spell trouble for her single man.;)

Rehome: 5 Baby Bunnies in Fox Cities area needing homes.

I think SCHS should be able to handle them, if the owner really wants the babies out of the house. Although if you know anyone wanting a dozen+ cockatiels that are accustomed to being free-range, send them up here! Some poor lady went to a nursing home and all her spoiled birdies went to the shelter.:(

Angela, The remaining four have been placed at Oshkosh Humane Society with a promise of no euthanization calls.

Dear Mods; please fasten a Resolved tag if you can. Glad these youngsters will have an adoption option.

At least they won't become Easter bunnies.

FYI, Sheboygan had a bunch of recent adoptions and is all the way down to three rabbits. So if someone needs to send rabbits somewhere...
