You're welcome. It appears to be a straight forwardapplication process. Here are 2 more that may be of help.

The Geraldine R, Dodge Foundation provides support to animal welfare groups in New Jersey

The Kenneth A. Scott Foundation, a Key Bank Charotable Trust is anotherto contact. You will need to call or write theirofficehttp://www.grdodge.org/woa_njaap.htm

The Kenneth A. Scott Trust has provided funding for Buckeye HRS, spayand neuter programs. We aren't a big group and you don't haveto be to get a grant from this organization. I think theyonly provide the spay/neuter/ medical funds to Ohio groups but theyalso fund other humane education, etc. nationally. It's wortha look to see if they can provide assistance.

The Kenneth A. Scott Charitable Trust, A KeyBank Trust, seeks toprevent cruelty to animals and promote humane treatment of animals bysupporting animal welfare research and humane education programs on anational level, and various animal protection activities in Ohio andits communities.

Further information can be obtained by contacting:

It also providessupport for organizations providing rescue, veterinarian care andreintroduction of native wildlife.[/font]

It's worth it to check with the banking institutions in your state tosee what charitable trusts the administer and if there is anythingavaiable for animla shelters.
