The past couple of days, Indiana has been dealing with thetragic loss of 4 little special needs children in a horrific bus/dump trucks accident. There was little left of the bus and the emergency personnel are even having trouble coping with what they saw.

When I first heard I was so heartbroken for the families and the people involved. I realized that it was really close to my husband's current job site (he's working out of town) and I phoned to tell him about it - he uses that road some.

As it turns out, the trucks were from a company that delivers stone to their job..... it makes this even worse for us - too close to us.

Just keep those little angels in your thoughts.... Four little children.

That is incredibly sad to lose those young lives. Just last week we had a truck hit a school bus and kill one girl (I think she was 13). The truck driver was text messaging at the time of the accident.

My thoughts are with these families.

Thats so sad. Brings home all these horrible things. In January a girl at my school was killed in a car crash. A few months ao a 16 year old boy jumped in the river and drowned. Peoplea are dying too young!

What a tragic situation. I'd hate to be in anyones shoes involved in this.

My prayers really do go out for all involved.

What's bad is that the whole thing was caused by a guy on a moped who stopped suddenly and the trucks couldn't stop in time and swerved..... the guy had his license taken away for multiple DUI's.........

That's just awful. The pictures are so horrific as well. I can't imagine having to be part of that emergency team... :tears2:

I'm thinking of all the families of everyone involved. Those poor kids... :rose:

As it happened and unfolded on television, I sat here with tears rolling down my face.

Those kids were all buckled in or if in a wheel chair, they have these like bolt-locks they hook on their tires and then they are strapped in the chair.....

They found the little bus upside down and flattened basically ....

The poor bus driver is a sweet lady who loved those kids.... they say she's just beside herself with grief.

That's just awful. Those poor families.

This weekend one of my good friends was in a car crash. The driver wasn't drunk or anything, but he was going to fast around a corner and they crashed somehow and rolled 3 times and my friend broke her collarbone. I'm hoping to see her tomorrow at school.
