I recently brought home my new little baby bunny who I thought (and was told) is 8 weeks. Found out that my sweet boy is only 6 weeks :( poor baby probably misses his mommy and siblings. So, what should I be feeding him? I want to take the best possible care of him that I can. He is super sweet and has settled into his home like he's been here for years :) <3

How did you find out the bunny's real age?

Sherwood is great food, but I believe there's a milk-substitute formula for baby rabbits that will help them. I've never used it, but other members can point you in the right direction. I think goat milk can be used??

I think what they used is a kitten replacement formula, but I'm pretty sure at 6 weeks it's not really needed. And if she's already 3 lbs I'd be surprised she's that young anyway. Is she eating hay & unlimited alfalfa pellets? If so, just continue that until she's about 6 months old.
