I have 2 female rabbits Pop and Cake, I’ve hadthem for 4 years and until a few days ago they have gotten on fine. Butnow Pop keeps biting Cake and ripping bits of fur from her and using itto line her bedding. I think it may be hormonal, because normally thistime of year they are humping each other, neither rabbit has beenneutered.

I was wandering if anyone has had a similar problem with their rabbits,I keep both rabbits outside, and I now have to keep the hutch open dueto Pop being so aggressive, this isn’t an ideal situation due to theamount of cats in my area.

Thanks in advance

Adam.

I agree it is best to get them spayed. Unspayed unbred female rabbits have a much higher risk of uterine cancer.
For now, it would be best to seperate them into seperate cages so they don't injure each other.

Getting them spayed will also make it possible to keep them inside, which is generally safer for pet rabbits.
