The show this past weekend was in Channel 7's News last night. Here's the video :

The girl is my friend Farrah also a fellow tan breeder. The rabbit hopping course is all hand made by her and the red rabbit is a tanxthrianta cross that has now become her rabbit hopping bunny. If you look in the video Rockys son is featured in a cute costume :) He is the chestnut agouti brit. I didn't see me in the video but oh well. Very fun show maybe lasted a little longer than I had hoped but it was great letting my tans try out the hopping course :)

Enjoy

haha I know! Farrah has a LOT of rabbits. She raises hollands also so they probably need it. I'm always jealous of people who have alot of space for their buns. If I could keep all my nice rabbits i'd probably have the best tans ever lol :p

Farrah's rabbit is doing well. She has only recently started with rabbit hopping and that one only in the last month or so. I did help her out with the design for the jumps and contact equipment. It is nice to see that rabbit hopping is spreading around more.

Oh really!? What a small world lol. I'm definitely going to make some of my own jumps. I wish she was closer so we would have somewhere to practice!

And lol Kaley it was much fun :) but a looooong drive

The jumps are so easy to make. Basically just have the stand (up part) and the and screw up through the base into the stand. I use film canisters that are cut in half as the jump cups and they are just screwed on. Poles are 1/2" wood dowels. The only tricky thing is if you are using mats (like at the show), you need to put the stand on the base so that the jumps doesn't rest on the mat. Since we use 2ft poles, the stand is on the edge of the base. If you use longer poles it doesn't really matter so much.

You've got to get those tans hopping, they tend to be quite good and very willing to jump. :)
