Rabbit sanctuary illinois?

Hi I am a new user but Im afraid I have to give my bunny to a new home for its best interest. I'm not well versed but I was hoping someone could tell me how I could find my rabbit a new home in the chicagoland area? I would like to give it to some kind of rabbit sanctuary or to an adoption agency that will give it to a good home. I dont mind having to pay or go to the surrounding states if necessary, if anyone knows of suchorganizationsplease help, thanks
