Yes, I am lookingfor rabbit-proof litter boxes. Two of the cats' litterboxes arein my bedroom (out of necessity), and whenever I let the rabbits out, they immediately jump in the boxes and start digging. I have noidea how to keep them out, aside from monitering their every move -and that gets pretty tiring...

I'm looking for a permanent solution, litterbox design, WHATEVER, thatwill prevent the rabbits from getting into the cats' litterboxes. Yes,the boxes need to stay in my bedroom (along with the rabbits), but Iwould like to allow the rabbits - who are normally very well behaved -to have more freedom without my constant supervision.

Thanks in advance!

What about putting the boxes uphigher? The cats can jump higher than the rabbits. Can you put them on araised surface somewhere? Iknow it's not ideal, but it's the best I can come up with.

That's actuallynot such a bad idea. As it is, the boxes have high sides and therabbits have to take a leap to get into them. Maybe raising them up alittle would work pretty well...

This is kind of a weird idea but you could maybebut a big cardboard box around it, and maybe make put something like acat condo thing next to it and the cat could jump into it that way. Then if the bunnies did chew on it, it would be okay. :)

Wanted to showy'all the solution I came up with. It's kind of temporary, becausewe're knocking down that wall in another month, and my entire desk areawill be moved/rearranged. But for now, this works:

(it also has the added benefit of keeping them entirely away from the computer chords)

Good idea! Are you sure they can jumpthat high though? What I use for both buns is plastic dishtubs and I cut a portion of the side of it off so they can get ineasily.

These bunnies sure make us brainstorm a lot, don't they? :p

Here's a picture of the litter box she doesn't use.
