I'm currently living in Mauritius and have a young rabbit, who has been injured. Her leg looks broken, she's in pain and there are no vets open until tomorrow morning, about 14hrs from now.
I can't bear to see her suffer and would not normally consider it but could I give her my young sons oral pain relief to ease her pain through the night?
I have plain paracetamol brufen, suitability wise I don't believe it will harm her but could anyone advise on dosing?
I can't leave her like this in pain and would welcome any advise please.

If there are no emergency vets or other emergency care available, you can give pain meds but not acetaminophen/peracetamol.
Here is a link with some dosing info. The most commonly available ones would be ibuprofen or aspirin. I would give ibuprofen as long as she's eating--it can damage the stomach if given without food in the stomach--due to the potential for bleeding from her leg injury (internal bleeding), which could make aspirin a bad choice. Ibuprofen is also made in liquid formulations for infants and children, which are easier to administer.

If you have to administer a drug that only comes in pill form, you will want to crush up the pill and resuspend it in water for oral administration. For a broken leg, most over-the-counter pain meds are not going to be enough, but at least it will be something. Meloxicam is the first choice analgesic for rabbits for mild to moderate pain, and buprenorphine is more commonly used for serious pain. It is a controlled substance, so I doubt you'll be able to get it though.
