Hello, this is my first time posting but I have a problem and can't figure what is wrong with one of my rabbits.
First, to clarify, the rabbit is not technically mine but belongs to my dad. I am in college so I am not always around the rabbits to monitor their health.
We have a rabbit which is about 2 months old, a New Zealand White, and is still housed with her mother. She had two other sibling which were both perfectly healthy and have both been sold to new homes. We have never seen her mother act in any aggressive way to her daughter so we don't think that could be a cause.
Since she was very young she had an issue with just one of her eyes where she would not open it. Her siblings' eyes were both open but both of her eyes were closed for about a week after they were supposed to open. I wiped her eyes off everyday and she got better and one eye opened and stayed open but the other eye would open and then close again.
Now, it is irritated looking and she appears to have a blister below her eye. We also noticed some hair loss around her nose. We've had many rabbits and this is the first time this has happened. Were likely going to move her away from her mother soon and for the first time today we applied Terramycin to her eye and to the patches on her nose. The antibiotic will hopefully help her and we will probably apply it 2-3 times a day. However, I would still like to know what is wrong with her. My sister and I have been doing research but we haven't been able to figure out what she has. If anyone can help I would very much appreciate it!

It's possible your rabbit has treponematosis, or rabbit syphilis. It can cause lumps and lesions around the nose, mouth, and eyes. If you look at her genitals, you may also see lesions there if she has this. If this is what she has, it is almost certain her mom and siblings are also affected, though may be asymptomatic. In fact it would be likely the mom passed it to her babies. If these are breeding rabbits, this doe, mom, siblings, and all rabbits that have had contact will need to be treated, especially the buck that was breed with the mom.

Other possibilities could be a fungal or bacterial skin infection.

She doesn't appear to have any symptoms of treponematosis and both her mother and father are healthy. It doesn't seem like a bacteria or fungal infection either. After applying the antibiotic for a couple of days she seems to be doing better. She has been separated from her mother and is also in an indoor enclosure now since we moved everyone inside for the winter.
Perhaps her mother did have something to do with the injury but for now all I can do is wait.
