My Oreo has been fopping aot when she is in her carrier. She would sit there, no bother and then do a dead bunny flop. Oreo likes to lie out then, like a normal flop right after she does a dead one!

(Oreo:

Step 1: Flop on side real quick like a dead rabbit

Step 2: Get up into a normal bunny flop

Step 3: Get back up again a minute later and do it again )

The bottom of the carrier is smooth plastic but I add wood shavings. When she gets back up she sometimes shakes her head, like she is stretching out!

Do yous have any idea why she does this all the time? Thanks :p

My rabbits do that when they are happy and relaxed. It is a good thing. She must be happy and relaxed bunny to be doing it so much.

Marley always does this! She "dies" sits there and then pops her head up in a more laying like flop rather then the DBF. The funniest part is when she'll grunt at you, run and then flop out like she's satisfied with her bossing around. :p

Dora flops, twitches, gets back up, does a head shake/binky, and repeats. This is something she's done when she's both "relaxed" and hyper since she was a baby.:)

I agree, sounds like she likes it. It must seem safe and quiet in there to her. I think DBFs are one of the best things about bunnies, especially when they have those little white bellies that you get to see when they flop. :inlove:

My rabbits like to flop and then roll almost over onto their backs... it's so super cute.
