I held a rabbit today and he seemed to have a bit of agression,he's a nine pound standard rex,I'd like to know if I can do something to stop the agression....

How normal is rabbit brain damage?

Rabbits aren't aggressive because they are brain damage(If they were brain damaged, this would be the least of their troubles). You're probably just something new to him and he didn't know how to react. Just a few minute meeting doesn't really say anything about the buns personality. He may have just been having a bad day.

seperate questions, the was a rabbit with some brain damage.

Then there was another the poor thing it could barely walk he's so fat and nobody takes him out probably why he's afraid of people. When I reached my hand over to pet him all of a sudden he moved his head quickly towards me I thought he would bite but did not so I pet him.not to sure what he was doing what ever it was it scared the heck out of me.:D

OH ok. Not sure about brain damage then.

Aww poor thing. That's so cruel letting an amimal get so obese it can't move! Hehe, don't worry about the head turning thing. Pebbles does this all the time when she's checking out what I'm doing. She also sometimes grunts when she comes lunging at me to say hello (I thought it was aggression, but after she would lick my hands and crawl all over me wanting cuddles).

Oh good I thought he wanted to kill me.He he LOL

Now that I know that....Oh I forgot to mention he's a shelter rabbit that's probably why one thing or half of the agression or fright of humans.

Here's his pic.

It could also be that your just new. I've only met a fewnew rabbits that didn't act defensive around me ( flinching if I came near them, biting, lunging, running away, thumping ect.) the first time I pet them or saw them. They just need time to warm up to you :D.

I know when my friend came over, I didn't let her touch my rabbits because they ran away from her. She wanted to pet them, but especially Pepsi, hate new people.

Oh, he is so sweet! look at that wittle white nose :). I'm in love!

Depends on the breed. They usually stop growing (for small-mid size, sometimes more than a year for the larger) at around 8mo-1yr. I guess an adult rabbit could be anywhere from 8mo-1+years.
