Hi everyone! Just a quick warning not to loadany files if you receive them over MSN or yahoo ect. A lot of people Iknow, including myself have gotten this. I know for sure it's beingsent through MSN, but not 100% certain about other types of messengers. It's sent automatically to your contacts- who ever is online. I'm notsure the exact details, just going by what my friend has told me. Myhome computer is just crashing, and for some reason it slid past myvirus scanner.
Like I said, I'm not 100% sure it's on other programs like MSNMessenger, I just wanted to warn you before hand no to download filesover MSN, especially if they appear suspicious.
Hopefully I can get my computer fixed soon!
Talk to you all later!

One good piece of advice I always follow aftergoing through a situation like Springs, is that you always ask theperson sending you the file/link what it is before opening.

Many people don't even realize their is a virus using their contacts to spread itself.

So if a new chat window pops up, and the person is sending you a link, always ask them what it is before clicking on it, and if they don'tknow what it is don't open!

Spring have you tried running AVG Free virus scanner? It'spretty good and that's what caught my MSN transfered virus a whileback. It may take a few days for the anti-virus people toupdate the programs as well. Keep updating your virus scannerand keep trying.

If you're really stuck, and it's really not working, PM. Myb/f is a computer tech who may be able to help you out, just let meknow and we can arrange something if needed.
