One of my buns, likes to have its butt scratched. I think you bun just enjoys it alot.

nope, I wouldn't worry about it 
One of my buns will just sit next to be for HOURS if I scratch hisbutt,... but sometimes I do think he is half dog...and heis perfectly healthy
