I have been trying to come to terms with rabbit genetics for a while and I am beginning to understand some things.
For example I have a dark Siamese Sable doe that produced REW offspring so her genetic make up must be
aaB-c[sup]chl[/sup]cD-E- (?)

I am just puzzled about the Black. Could she for example be Bb and produce bb (brown) offspring when mated with another Bb? Or are all Siamese Sables BB?

Are there rabbits with that genetic make up
aabb-c[sup]chl[/sup]cD-E- ?? And what would that be?
I don't know if my question makes any sense and this is just theoretical. I am just trying to get my head around the letters and the meaning
P.S. I do understand the basics of recessive and dominant genes (I think).:)

aa bb cchl c D- E- would be a chocolate sable. I've heard their rather ugly, and don't have any use.

People tend to want to keep chocolates/"browns" out of shadeds for that reason.

That's funny I was going to ask if there was a "chocolate sable" but didn't want to sound stupid:)
I have never ever seen one. I guess it's unlikely to come across one either unless you do crazy colour mixes I guess.

One more thing: I understand the c[sup]chl causes the brownish tinge in the sable.
Would that always be clearly distinct from the way bb expresses itself?
