Sanctioned means that the American Rabbit Breeders Association approves of the show and it is being done according to their rules and regulations. That makes sure that everyone is showing according to the same accepted Breed Standards, under the same show rules, by Judges trained and certified by ARBA.

Show A and B refers to the fact that there will be a double show, under two separate judges. The nice thing about that is you only have to drive and set up at one place, but get to show your rabbit twice. (Twice as many chances to win!) You do have to pay for two shows if you want to show in both. So if you are showing 4 rabbits and the entry fee is $3.00 each, it will be $12.00 for the first show and $12.00 for the second. UNLESS one of the shows is being run by a Specialty club, then the fees might be different. Look in the Catalog... it usually tells you.

Sanctioned breeds refer specifically to breeds that are santioned through their national/state specialty clubs for sweepstakes points. Some shows do not give awards for non-sanctioned breeds, but they are still eligible to show and win legs.
