We are thinking of getting two Pygmy goats (not for breeding, just as pets).
Tell me these aren't cute:
I don't know a lot yet, but I am doing my research.
I havea large, fenced back yard and a shelter (formerly usedfor two large dogs). We would build them a"playground". They need things to climband play onor they get bored.
We've checked with our county, and owning goats is acceptable, in fact, there are no ordinances against owning any type of animal in ourcounty. That's a little scary.
There is a goat show at our county fair September 30th, so we are goingto look at them and talk to breeders.
