I am so in love with my little Whisper, everything is going greatly, except her litter training is going not so well.

Whisper uses her potty for both "duties" but not all droppings are inthe potty. I use a towel on the bottom of the cage instead of usingbetting, and I have also noticed she had peed in one spot, and itdoesn't smell that great. I washed that towel, put another old one in,and there was another pee spot on it.

Any ideas on getting her to stop? She is 3 months old.
THanks

I just finished litter training Devon and myexperience was that if a bunny wants to pee somewhere, they willcontinue peeing there (translation: move the litter box to where hepees). As for the droppings I have read that there will always be a fewextraneous droppings. But at least poop is easier to clean up. I would, however, reccomend that you place those droppings in the litter boxrather than just throwing them away.

Hope this helps,

Thank you. I have been putting the droppings in the litter box. Theproblem with the pee spot is that it is right before the opening to thehutch part of the cage. If I put the litter box there, she cannot getout/in

Hmm... that could be a problem. Maybe you couldclean up the pee with paper towels and then bury them in the litterbox. I believe it was PuterGeekGirl who reccomended this, and it seemedto do the trick for Devon.
