Just wondering if its ok to let Pip out of his hutch 3 days after neutering? He didn't want to come out of his hutch the day i brought him home (8hrs after surgery) because i assume he was still in pain. Was the same but seemed much better the following day, so i let him out for 10mins just to stretch his legs. Today he seems back to normal and not focused on his nether regions at all, so i have let him out for 20mins this morning. Just wondering if i can let him out for several hours every day from now on till he's full healed?

Try and keep him confined for at least a few more days, the longer he stays calm the better. Give everything a chance to heal and the skin adhear back to itself properly and not rip any stitches (yes there are internal ones).

He may act antsy, but it's for the best. When Gus was neutered, I let him out four days later for a brief romp and his incision swelled up. I had to ice it to bring the swelling down and he still hates me... two months later.

He may be acting normal, but rabbits are very good at hiding pain. I would avoid letting him run around for at least a week after surgery, preferably a bit longer.
He does need time to fully heal and running around won't help. 10-20 minutes a day probably won't hurt, but I would not do more than that.

He may be annoyed, but I would rather have an annoyed rabbit that is healing properly than a happier one who could rip over the incision and require an emergency vet visit which would then require more time to heal.
