There's not much else to do except see a vet. If it's sick then it's sick. There's nothing you can do for it except get it medication to feel better and keep it warm and draft free.
 
It sounds like an infection that needs a vet's care. If you are given an antibiotic prescription, be sure to start giving a probiotic such as benebac to replace the good bacteria that are killed by the antibiotic.

Also, by the way, Bunny Chat is where bunnies "write" about themselves. You wanted the Infirmary section, but that would just have gotten you more replies saying see a vet. If your vet can't see you right away, ask what to do in the meantime. I would think that would be to wipe away the gunk & use a plain saline eye drop from a drugstore [not the red-out kind].

Unfortunately, I have to say I agree with the others-it needs to be looked at by a rabbit-savvy vet. Eye problems aren't something to mess around with-it could quickly get serious and worse.

Can you give more details? Is the gunk think? Colored? Is there alot?
