poops stuck together

Should i be worried, its hard to keep my lionhead double mane, groomed every single day. Seems like as often as i try, i always find poops hanging in the grate by fur @_@
any nutritional suggestions, she eats a LOT of hay, so i hope that keeps her digestive system breaking it down, i got scared cause i went to groom her, and get her used to me handling her (her panting makes me feel so bad) but she had 3 poops dangling from her butt, by string... and thats when i got concerned, not overly... but cautiously, and i cleaned her butt up

I'd try papaya enzymes or papaya supplement. Pineapple in small amounts and a little canned pumpkin (not the pie filling but the pure pumpkin)
