ok so polly eats sooo much slower than peeta. its like she eats a piece then goes off and does something else and then comes back. its impossible to feed them together. so am i going to have to seperate everytime i feed? could this have bad effects on their bond? i dont think its her teeth bc she eats plenty of hay. she loves her litter box. but it takes a long time for her to feed her vegies and she never finishes 1/2 cup of pellets.

Not all rabbits hoover their food. My 2 take all day to finish off their veggies and pellets. It never dissapears right away. Bunnys graze.more or less. Sounds normal for polly. Best o feed them seperate. They should live seperate anyway.

With my rabbits, I give them maybe 1/4 - 1/3 of their pellets in their dish in the morning and the rest of them they eat from my hands when we're hanging out together or as rewards for behaviors. That way not only are we bonding with eachother, but I also have control over how many pellets each of them is eating.
