Hi all,
We have a male 1yr-old polish dwarf that completely stopped eating and drinking about 5 days ago. Of course, we went to the vet and got some metacam (painkiller) and cisapride along with critical care food to force feed him. More than 48h hours into the treatment, he still refuses to eat/drink by himself and keep getting skinnier and more dehydrated. Visibly, the teeth are not an issue since he keeps chewing everything as he used to (paper, wood, etc.) and the vet also checked the teeth. He behaves somewhat normally apart from his anorexia.
We are thinking of pineapple juice and vegetable/fruit puree.
Any other idea? Anything will be welcome as we are getting very worry for our little bunny.
Many thanks,
Bobby
