Pockets: Breed? Coat Color?

Hi, this is my rabbit, Pockets. Any ideas what breed/color she is? The pics make her look big, but she is actually quite small. She's very sweet!!

Well I believe the color to be agouti. Have no clue on the breed though....totally cute
