Are you talking about the scent glands, on each side between the anus and genitals?

DON'T bathe her! It is usually a very bad idea to bathe rabbits, as the stress alone can sometimes cause a heart attack. Only in very rare circumstances should it ever be attempted, such as with disabled rabbits that can't clean themselves. If she has a little bit of stained fur back there, just try to clean it up with a slightly damp cloth or unscented baby wipe. The stained fur will eventually molt out and be as good as new :) If there continues to be urine staining or urine soaked fur, you may need to get it checked by a vet as there are some health issues that can cause this to occur.

With the sneezing, did the place that you got her from mention any respiratory issues? It is possible for a new environment to cause some temporary sneezing. Also dusty hay or bedding can also be a cause. But if it continues and/or you see colored or white discharge, then that is the sign of a respiratory infection and you will need to take her to the vet for antibiotics.

Thanks and yes I am talking about the glands
