please help

hi. my doe lost 5 out of her 6 kits. she stopped producing milk
im currently hand feeding the last baby he will be 3 weeks old on Monday
how often do I feed. what else do I need to do?
im currently using kitten milk powder (advised by vet)
but I don't know what mixture to use or if there is anything else I can use.
any advice would be amazing thanks
