Well, closing is today, and yesterday we drove out there to meet the realtor to do a final inspection. We were not supposed to mee the owner until closing, and we get there and 4 cars are parked outside. It was the guy who owned it (who looked about as young as me!), his friends, and his girlfriend (he's in the middle of a divorce, oops, better not let his wife find out!), his little boy, and his girlfriend's daughter.
Anyways, nice people. We looked around, checked everything, and I took some pictures. He was there moving the last of his things out, so in some of the pics, not everything is cleared. I didn't get too many inside pictures, because so many people were moving about, and it was somewhat chaotic.
