Anyone else having problems with Photobucket?? I've tried yesterday and today to upload photo's and keep getting a stupid error message.
Image upload failed Upload failed for March21 001.jpg with error: A network error caused your upload to fail. Please try your upload again.

I lost my Blog update cause it crashed Firefox on me when i tried uploading 4 photo's.

When I use internet explorer it freezes for ages all the time, it's fine on Firefox though.

It did that to me a couple of times the other day, I left it for a while and tried again and it worked so I'm not much help - Have you tried a different image to make sure its not those pictures?

Luvr - know what you mean! i find i can upload pics from my albums onto facebook in seconds with no problems. anytime it involves photobucket :tantrum:i swear they are in league with the xbox-so-called-customer-service-website...........

it is nice to know that im not alone tho':biggrin2:

yep I have tried differen't images. These are new photo's too. How am I suppose to share new photo's if stupid photobucket doesn't work. GGGGGGGGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I have recently had a lot of trouble with uploading on photobucket. for ex ,>.I will browse all my photos from my pictures and when I try to upload a picture absolutely nothing happens
i wish we could use another site.

I have been having problems recently- you know when you click on the IMG code and it automatically copies it to your clip board? That's not working for me, so I have to manually copy the whole thing.

Also, last week, for some reason it decided that it didn't like me having a space in my album titles (even though I always have done- I start a new album each month- Bunnies March 09 for example) so none of my pictures would post.


I do like it for some reasons, but for other reasons, it can be a real pain in the butt! :grumpy:

I was only uploading 4 photo's and it failed. Mine use to copy the IMG code automatically but now only does it when you clicked on the photo so it's the only one there.

I have an account on another website but I dont remember what it is. I had it bookmarked my 'lovely' laptop crashed on me

I tried again to upload my photos and it failed again ssd:

I had problems with my video - Rebecca helped get it posted but I have posted other videos and they come right up....this was weird.

I'm really starting to hate photobucket. I'm trying to upload 1 photo. But I'm getting the stupid network error. It doesn't like me uploading photo's that have the final name as something already uploaded. I can't even move some of my photo's arround to different albums 'cause of the file name. GGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

We can use another site - you can use ANY image hosting site you want to use...its just photobucket is the one most folks use.

I haven't had any problems with it - and I uploaded 50 or 60 pictures yesterday and am about to upload videos.

I would suggest that folks also order a cd/dvd of their pictures backed up - or burn their own CD/DVD too....I remember when Amy lost 2 years worth of pictures (I think?) when her image hosting site crashed.

I know I can use another site, it's just that I already have hundreds of photo's on that one. I have an account on image shack just never used it. Will be using it now.

I lost all my digital photo's last month when my laptop crashed Now I've been putting them on my portable HD

i only upload a pic onto photobucket if i want to post one on here just in case! ive also gotten my pics split between 'my'laptop, hubbys' laptop and the back up hard drive he uses. im a leader with girlguiding so i like to be prepared for all emergencies:rofl:

that said i do find photobucket so convoluted. my kids say i just cant cope with modern tech:rollseyes i cant! thats why i have them
