Pet Survey for Class, please help me out

I have to do a business plan for a product or service for my MBA class and I decided to do a pet supply delivery service thatdoes same, next day or scheduled deliveries of pet food, litter, grooming supplies, toys etc. right to your door.

I need statistical data in my project so I'm supposed to get 30 responses to my questionnaire. If you guys could help me out and post answers to the questionnaire I would really appreciate it. What made me think of this service is I always have to run all around town to get the brand of food my bunnies want (yes 'want' because they are picky)

Description of the Service: A pet supply delivery service that can do same, next day or scheduled deliveries of pet food, litter, grooming supplies and toys.

How your answers will help our team: The questions will gauge the interest in the delivery service and how much the customers would be willing to pay for it. The team will be able to calculate what the most popular animal is and how many people are inconvenienced by trips to the store. in the survey it says pet store, but there are things like litter, dog food and cat food, that i can get at the grocery store for cheaper, or easier since i am there shopping, and then the tractor supply that i get my pine bedding at that is not neccesarily a pet store as it has lots of things so i tried to answer the best i could

I also buy veggies from a whole sale produce place at least twice a week. I will also buy veggies that I can't get at the whole sale place. I buy the litter from the grocery store or a place like Walmart. It is cheaper there than most pet stores.

I would want to be able to have as much of the regular items I need form one place. I don't really want to have to order each product form a different delivery company. The website should list all the products available so I know what they have the the prices.

Horses - $80.00 on average
