My bunny managed to get into my bin and ate half of the peperami sleeve. I called the emergency vets but I got told that it would cost £250 to get him checked out. I have looked online and been told to check to see if he's still pooing, he hasn't got a swollen abdomin and problems with his fur. What should I do until I can get a vets appointment?

Keep pushing the hay and water. Make sure that he’s eating and pooping like normal, and keep a good eye on him over the next few hours (so it may mean less sleep tonight). As long as he’s getting enough fibre from his hay, he should be able to push it through. I hope he’s okay :)

Thank you so much! I'll keep you updated :)
