well guess this is the real place to share my thoughts and expirances with PAN PAN
Yes she is my first rabbit and know nothing about them except they are cute
before i talk about her just a little about me
i have always loved animals (maily a dog lover) and even if i dont have a dog at the moment i have 2 cats who are not really mine in the sence they belong to my wife but lets just say they never leave me alone ( cuddles etc)
Pan Pan as far as i know is only 3 months old
my Nice was given 4 rabbits that was kinda mistreated ( including PANPAN) and showed her to my wife one evening
now my first reation is no we already have 2 cats and that we didnt know anything about rabbits etc so stop giving me that sorry isnt she cute can we keep her eyes
even if it did break my heart and yes she is cute i dont think i was ready to be a slave
i guess my biggest problem is im a sucker when it comes to animals
if the animal spends more then 10 mins at home you can say that i have alreay adobted it
so what did i find the next day when i came home from work
you guessed PANPAN
my wife said we was only looking after her for 2 nights ( god did i fall for that one)
now you know how Pan Pan joined are family
i jumped up on the net trying to gather all the info i can on rabbits
bought her the biggest cage i could find
and bought her all sorts of fruit etc that i knew she was allowed to eat
i guess if you have read my introduction thats about it
apart from the fact i cannot leave her alone
i love just sitting with her feeding her and playing with her all my spare time
(think wife hates the rabbit now
)
well reading up i think i can safly say PAN PAn has bonded with me big time
she always follows me comes to the cage when i go near
she even falls asleep on me ( on my chest)
even when she bites now its more like a soft nibble instead of drawing blood
not found out yet if she does it to warn me or just suprised if she finds my hand near her or even a first try at grooming me
anyway it dosnt really matter we get on great*
we keep her inside
but we have a big hallway where i let her cage open all day so she is free to go in and out as she likes
ill have to read more of your blogs to really know what to say here
but something is for sure
you wont be able to kidnap her ( thoes who have commented already)
