Aww...you guys are too sweet!! Sorry about that...my computer pooped out and thus I had no internet. It's amazing how long ten days can seem, isn't it?
I missed everyone, too!! I had SOO many things to say while I was gone!!!
So, some updates (excuse any typos, as I'm doing this at 2am my time):
Flower has now grown to Maisie's size (and today looks a bit bigger, mind you), and since she's three months younger than Maisie, and is almost three months of age, we think she's going to be quite bit. She looks like she would weigh about 4lbs if she had all the fat buns her age usually do, but since she's still working that fat back on since her rescue, she's probably only 3lbs.
Flower's ears are half-lopped when they're loppy the most (they tend to go up and down, and it doesn't seem to be depending on anything like temperature or time of day or whether active or not). She's REALLY resisting the loppiness...though I keep telling her how beautiful it would be.
Miss Maisie seems to be less hormonal than before. Does this mean that she's gotten used to the hormones that came about, and possibly coming out the other side of adolescence? They've been quite a bit less for about a month now.
We've discovered that Flower is quite the jumper!! She can easily jump straight up and out of the top door of her cage from her second floor!! This is opposed to Maisie, who wouldn't jump on top of her Capri Sun box until she was older than Flower. To give you perspective of the difference...Flower first jumped the fence of the little area I cordone off with NIC panels when each one of them is out her second time out, which was at about two months of age, whereas Maisie has yet to even try, and she's six months old. Lol...seems their opposite in color isn't the only thing they are opposite about!
Anyway, there you go!! If I think of anything else, I'll let ya know!!
Thanks so much for the love, guys...I hated not being able to be online!!
Woohoo...I'm back...woohoo...I'm back!!
This calls for a Happy Bunny Dance!!!!
