Oxbow Papaya Tablet

I have abottle of Oxbow Papaya Fruit Plus tablets that is opened. We tried to give it to our buns, but none will go for it. Even Cappucino who eats everything! Hate to throw it away since we only used 3-4 tablets. The expiration date is 4/2011. If someone can use it, PM me.

I remember hearing recentlythat rabbits do not like the new formula that Oxbow is using for its papaya tablets.

I am not familiar with Oxbow papaya tablets, but Pebbles turned her nose away from them when the Vet offered it to her.

Mine loves those things! Even the new formula. I had heard that people were having trouble getting their rabbits to eat the new formula ones but mine hasn't noticed a difference and still does a happy dance every time I pick up the container.:biggrin2: I just purchased a new container though and only have one rabbit, otherwise I'd be all over this offer!

Thanks for the suggestion Autumn. I don't mind paying to ship them, especially for the buns!

I probably bought the last jar of the old formula of Oxbow papaya tablets last year when everyone else in the forum was saying they were all sold out! I bought a jar of 500... and I only have 2 rabbits. I don't know what I was thinking. I only feed each bun a couple of tablets a week. I have a LOT also and I don't want them to go to waste. I am going to donate a good 60% of my jar to the shelter buns... hopefully they can use a little treat without harming their delicate health.

i could see why Pebbles disapproves!!!

And i use the citrus ones as treats...havnt tried the papaya but hopefully someone can use them!
