I have some chicken wire that I would like tomake into a fenced in area for my bunny. Should it be acertain height? I was just going to get 4 stakes and attachthe wire around it and I could move the fenced area around....Alsohelps getting rid of my weeds instead of chemicals(my own little lawngroomer) Is there anything I should be aware of. Ido not spray my lawn for chemicals. Are there things in thelawn he shouldn't have leaves, twigs etc....

Can rabbits eat leaves....I heard there are some that are not good for them....

Do not leave your bunny unattended outside, theycan dig their way out, or get hurt by other animals... Mybunnies go ape over dandelion greens and grass.

Yes I will be out there with him....He gets intoso much inside wouldn't surprise me outside. I usually put upa child gate on my front porch and let him out there but I wanted himto be able to go on the grass too.

(the pic is of him hopping on the front porch)

I got a roll of hog wire at Home Depot and a roll of screen (for ascreen door). I made a round pen and pinned it down with some'u' hooks (I think that is what they are called). I usedclothes pens to clip the screen on top of the play pen. Iwatch them like a hawk to make sure they don't burrow out. Itworks well. It is high enough for them to binky and stand up,but they are getting so big, it soon will be too short. Mybuns LOVE to eat roots. They are just like furry little lawnmowers.
