Our brothers are friends

Me and one of my best friends met when we were in 1st year of secondary school when we were 13, we are now in our last year and are 17. We both have brothers the same age, 14, we go to an all girls school so our brothers went to a different school. There is about 200 kids in their year, but it seems the two of them have turned out to be best friends! They hadn't met at all even though we are friends. I don't know if it is a coincedence or the fact that they maybe have the same personalitys as us girls so meshed well, but I think it is bizarre that they are now best friends, just thought I'd share thought it kind of cute

There might be more to it than just coincidence. Two of my boys (12 and 14) have best friends that happen to be brothers.

I had this happen all the time with my sister and brother. We all went to the same school(big school gr K-9). My sister is 4 years older and her friend's siblings were in my grade and I was friends with them, and then my brother is 3 years younger then me and the siblings of mine and my sister's friends were in his grade. Its a little confusing but all 3 of us were friends with kids from the same families.

This even happened with other friends that weren't from school. Inevitably we'd all end up with friends from the same families.

My best friend's, who still lives 4 houses away, sister used to be best friends with my sister too.

Or when my brother got into high school(different school then I went to) his friends were still siblings of my friends.

Its a small world.
