My neutered male Oskar (approx 1 year old) hasn't peed in his hutch in weeks. I do find the odd poop and on the rare occasion that he has to srtay in the hutch for the day he will pee in the litter tray or beyond but most days the hutch is totally clean.
I usually let the rabbits out anything between 8 or ten in the morning and the are being brought in at around 8 or nine. During those twelve hours all the other rabbits spent in their hutches they manage to pee and poop into their trays so much that I have to change them on a daily basis. In Oskars hutch all I have to do is to shove the litter back into the tray as he diggs it out habitually. How come he is able to hold it so long? Is he particularily hutch proud or could there be a problem?
