Orchard/bluegrass?

An Orchard/Bluegrass mixture is ok to free feed in lieu of Timothy, right?

Yep. Any grass hay is suitable. Timothy is fairly common, so is more often recommended. Just be careful with alfalfa hay as it is higher in protein and calcium, so more suitable for young rabbits and some that may need a bit extra.
