Only in Oregon will you need to dress for 3 types of weather all in 1 day (not always, but happens a lot!)- cold weather, warm weather, and wet weather .

It could be absolutely freezing for most of the day and then be a balmy 60 and then sprinkle rain.. and then be sunny again.. ya never know.. lol.

And only in Oregon will you see people wearing shorts and a ski parka as an outfit in winter.. lol.
