Art had some "one cup cobbler" at work and he got the ingredients and made it tonight at home - he made apple cobbler although he also got the ingredients for peach cobbler and blackberry (yuck) cobbler..

One Cup Cobbler
  • [*]1 cup milk [*]1 cup sugar [*]1 cup self-rising flour [*]1 t vanilla [*]1 stick butter [*]1 16 oz. can fruit pie filling or for fresh fruit, add 1/4 cup of sugar directly onto fruit[line] [*]Place butter in 2 quart casserole dish and melt in preheated 350' oven [*]Mix milk, sugar, vanilla, and flour until well blended [*]Remove casserole dish from oven and pour fruit filling of your choice on melted butter [*]Pour batter on top of fruit and place in oven for 45 minutes or until brown

Thank you for sharing! Cobbler is one of my all time favorite desserts. That and pie. and cake...and ice cream lol I must try this one.
