Anyone else suffering with this heat wave? Sheesh. I'm from the Pacific NW, so we're used to nice moderate weather and today + the next 4 days are over 100.. today was 104, this is nuts! I'm dyin.. hence why I' awake in the middle of the night swealtering.. lol.

Spent 30 min giving Max an "ice-pack snuggle" too, poor fuzzball. He is ORNERY when it's hot. 4 nips so far today from taking him out of his cage or out of his play area and he rarely nips :p. I have to hold the ice pack around him because he's too prone to trouble and would eat it if it was put in his cage :foreheadsmack:

*dumps water on self* lol.

That is very hot. May you and the bunnies find ways to cool down asap.

In Kent the weather is just about warm. We seem to have had Spring, bypassed summer and moved straight into Autumn.

Same here.... been pouring with ran and freezing cold all week! :(

I want a summer! I feel so cheated lol! We didn't get much of a summer at all last year either.... My only hope of sun and warmth now is Greece in a few weeks time....

:grumpy:

Gosh, sounds awful. I guess I can't really relate, though- Some summers here in PA are "Uncomfortably" hot, but this summer has actually been rather cool. Right now, in fact, I'm wearing Long "Pajama" pants and a hoodie.
(By the way, I can, however, relate to the "Ornery bunny when it's hot out" Scenario. BunBun gets like that, too.)

Ah... Still, though, I'll send some "Cooler weather" vibes your way.

Aww, i had no idea it stayed THAT cool in england, you poor things! Mouse, I'm SO jealous, Greece will be so much fun!!! <-- is determined to visit there someday. My mom lived there in her 20s and named me Athena because of it, so I grew up with stories of Greek beaches and food.. hehe.

have a wonderful time when you go!!

yeah, we have humidity too which is also unusual unless it is minor or just full on rain. Really muggy/humid and bleh. The whole city has flocked to the coast, lol except me and hon and our neighbors. :p

Its been hot here too. In the ninetys the past couple of days. It rarely gets 100. A few summers ago we had a 100 degrees for three days straight. So it usually or stays around the mid 80s here. And the house gets really hot also because we have no air conditioning. Ugh!! Its supposed to be almost 90 today. Lets hope not!

Its cold here ( NZ ) i mean its gotten way better like its a bit warmer but it rains all the time. A few days ago i had to give the bunnies a heated wheat bag lol.
well good luck lol. dnt burn ur self. lol.

Yes I'm pretty hot. We only have one air conditioner, in the bedroom. It's too small for the room so it cools it off but never that much. I can't get another one because it was an in-wall one that was in there for 35 years - they don't make the same size so we're trying to figure out what to do.

When my husband took it out, it was infested with yellow jackets and looked like this:

I've been calling it 'the year that had no summer'. Annoyingly it keeps being really warm and windy. I have a constant wardrobe malfunction.
