That actually looks like too many sugary foods for a rabbit. More lettuce and only a slice or two of the carrot OR apple would be better.
 
And make sure to remove the seeds--most are toxic as a survival mechanism and can be fatal to small animals. There are listings of acceptable veggies in the library. Too much sugar can cause gastric distress so you really need to limit apple or carrot and any thing else high in sugar. Ours really love Cilantro.
 
Dark green leafy veggies are the way to go. I'd recommend herbs such as basil, cilantro and mint. Fruits are too sugary and should only be an occasional treat.
